We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. The item received was not part of your original order, or
2. The item has a production imperfection.
All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging within 3 working days.
Claims that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
You reserve the right to request either a replacement or a refund for incorrect items:
• If you choose a replacement, the corrected item(s) will be delivered free of charge.
• If you choose a refund, we will provide a suitable refund method and process the refund within 7–10 business days.
